Claire joined Pardoes Bevins in December 2008 as a Trainee HR Consultant. She gained experience of working in a generalist HR role whilst working for a national construction company and achieved a distinction in the CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice in July 2008.

Working from the Yeovil office, Claire supports the Managing Director and HR Consultants, as part of Claire's training she takes on responsibilities for clients under the supervision of the consultants. She also takes on the responsibility of organising the Pardoes Bevins seminars.

Claire is a keen sportswoman and particularly enjoys cycling and playing tennis. She has recently taken up modern ballroom dancing and enjoys spending time learning new dance moves with her husband.
