1-2-1 or small group setting, based locally, with an HR Consultant(s) who have extensive experience of CV’s, interview preparation and job search skills.
The day will include:
- Preparation of your individual CV, professionally tailored to suit your needs, provided electronically for your onward use;
- Preparation of letters to accompany your job searching and applications;
- Interview skills coaching for informal, competency and structured interviews;
- Information and assistance around other selection methods – Assessment centres', ability and personality testing, presentations etc;
- Training in job search skills – where to look, how to apply, asking for feedback;
- All course materials and follow up telephone call to check on progress and provide ongoing support
