Debbie has been working with the Company since 2007. She is an experienced HR professional working in the industry since 2000. Previously she ran her own small business and has also spent four years working as a Police Constable in London.

She is a skilled, part CIPD qualified generalist HR practitioner and has also worked as a Training Manager. Debbie provides the broad spectrum of HR services and is excellent at designing and delivering training using a variety of activities to consolidate learning.

Debbie dedicates her free time to her family and friends and a selection of animals! Occasionally Debbie likes to live on the wild side and has completed a parachute jump, abseiling, canoeing and rock climbing, and even a fire walk!
