Disciplinary & Grievance Training Day
This course is designed for line managers, supervisors and any staff who may need to deal with disciplinary and grievance issues in the work place. The aim of this course is to give you the skills and knowledge to manage situations in an appropriate way and prevent them from escalating. No prior knowledge of disciplinary and grievance procedures or employment law is required.
