'Train the Trainer' Training Day
A lively and interactive course designed to ensure that trainers are equipped with the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to train and develop their employees and to assess performance.
This course is designed to be practical and will see the delegates designing their own training sessions and delivery to the group as part of the training.
