Leadership Skills Training Course

A higher level course designed to assist delegates to identify, understand, and develop different and more flexible leadership skills. What makes a great Leader? Can you be a Leader even if you are not the boss? This course covers paying attention (to yourself, your colleagues and your environment), understanding patterns of behaviour and how to deal with them, defining and using different communication skills in different situations, speaking at / holding meetings, doing presentations, motivating and inspiring others, the importance of timely decision-making, personal organisational skills, leading by example, empathising, challenging others whilst maintaining respect, the importance of goal setting and focus and many, many other aspects of leadership.

The course costs £199 (plus VAT) and includes training materials, lunch and refreshments.
