Marlena Barrington-Crow joined the team at Pardoes Bevins in 2011 working as an HR Consultant. The primary focus of her role is to ensure a pro-active HR approach for our clients and in particular she will be looking after the HR requirements of Pardoes Solicitors.

Marlena graduated with an Honours degree in Human Resource Management in June 2011, she has previously worked in HR role within the transport industry, where she gained comprehensive experience in Human Resources.

Originally from the North West of Poland, Marlena is a keen photographer and constantly striving to improve her baking skills - which pays dividends for her husband and young son.
