Rebecca is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and is the Chair of the Somerset branch of the CIPD, in addition she is a qualified life coach and holds qualifications in ability and psychometric testing.

With over 10 years experience working in Human Resource Management she has been running her own HR consultancy for the past 3 years.

Rebecca has worked within fast paced blue chip retail and multi site environments, public sector, NHS and central MOD/Government environments. Her adaptability allows her to deal with all situations from dispute investigations to recruitment, psychometric testing to writing employment policies.
