  • Your advert placed on up to 50 internet job boards for 4 weeks (using an external company). The results are monitored daily and the ad can be tweaked to gain maximum exposure. Depending on the type of vacancies we use alternative media in addition or as an alternative to online
  • All interested applicants forwarded to us for sifting and short listing (no point clogging up your inbox!)
  • All applicants who do not meet requirements are regretted using your company letterhead / email (so no bad publicity for you that you do not respond to applicants)
  • Possible candidates invited to interview by us at a time convenient to you.
  • One of our consultants available as part of the fixed price to assist with the interview process for up to one day - keeping you within the law and providing advice and guidance if needed (We'll also help you design the interview questions as well!)
  • Option to build in ability testing or psychometric profiles (extra cost involved)
  • All candidates replied to with feedback on their interview
  • Offer letter produced for successful applicant(s) and collection of references if required
