Sean is a Partner of Pardoes Solicitors and is the Head of Business Services and Employment. He is a key figure head within Pardoes Bevins and brings a vast wealth of employment law knowledge to the company.

He has significant experience of dealing with a varied contentious and non-contentious case load. He works on behalf of senior executives and employees within PLCs, NHS Trusts, Charities, Further Education Colleges, SMEs.

Sean advises clients on a range of issues including contracts of employment, employee disputes, compromise agreements and the preparation of policies and procedures.
