Trainee HR Consultant Positions
HR Officer / Consultant in Training - Maternity Cover
We are looking to recruit an HR Officer / Consultant in Training, to cover maternity leave.
Successful applicants will work proactively to assist the Managing Director and team of HR Consultants with the day to day running of the business and assisting clients with HR advice and guidance.
The role includes providing phone support on HR issues, acting as clients internal HR departments dealing with all day to day enquiries, providing onsite support including attending disciplinary and grievance meetings, undertaking recruitment projects including large scale recruitment campaigns and telephone interviews and conducting high level telephone consultations collecting information and achievements to write high profile CV's.
The role also includes providing an efficient office management service, supervising an admin apprentice, arranging seminars and events, attending networking events and undertaking marketing activities.
Ideally qualified to CIPD CPP level or equivalent, we are looking for a proactive, highly organised and enthusiastic individual. Full job description available on request
