Verity has over 12 years experience working in a HR Management role, she spent many years working for a large supermarket chain and then a national house builder before moving to her current role. Verity has a vast amount of experience in all sectors including recruitment and selection, training and development, employee relations such as disciplinary and grievance.

Currently Verity is part CIPD qualified and is completing her qualification through professional assessment, she hopes to gain her Chartered Membership of the CIPD during 2010. In addition she holds a range of other qualifications including IOSH Safety for Senior Executives.

Verity is married and has two young children who keep her busy in her free time, the family enjoy exploring the countryside and coast. She is an avid reader and belongs to a book club taking her reading outside of her normal literature comfort zones.
