Verity first started in HR Management in 1996 and worked for a national supermarket chain and national house builder in Area and Regional HR training roles before joining Pardoes Bevins in 2008. Verity has in-depth practical experience in all areas of HR management, including recruitment and selection, training and development, and employee relations matters such as redundancy, absence management and disciplinary and grievance.

Verity is part CIPD qualified and holds a range of other qualifications including IOSH Safety for Senior Executives.

In her consultancy role, Verity has a number of regular clients and generally works from their premises to provide ongoing HR support directly with their line managers and employees. In additon, Verity provides as hoc advice and support to a wide range of client organisations and undertakes projects, such as, writing contracts, handbooks, policies and training courses.

Verity is married and has two children who keep her busy in her free time along with her vegetable plot and her chickens! She is also a Parent Governor at her childrens school and is involved with the staffing, communications and Health & Safety aspects of managing the school.
